• Design Consultation:
  If you wish to discuss designs, fonts, text, or personalisations before placing an order, please contact us via email at dexandlani@gmail.com or through our Instagram page with your queries or questions.

• Order Placement and Changed:
  Once payment is received, production for personalised items will commence. 
  Please note that once your custom order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it. 

• Order Checking:
  Please ensure that you check your order carefully before finalising it.

• Returns and Refunds:
  We do not offer returns or refunds on our personalised products. Each personalised item is uniquely crafted according to your specifications, making it unsuitable for resale.

• Colour Accuracy:
  We strive to present an accurate depiction of the colour of items in our product images and descriptions.
  However, please be aware that variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and individual perception of colours.
